Virtual tour of the Globe Theatre

You can also explore the Globe Theatre via a virtual tour or download a 360-degree app allowing you to explore a virtual version of the world’s most iconic theatre.

The tours include: An actor’s-eye view from the stage itself, Backstage in the Tiring-house, The Musicians gallery or simply standing in the Yard.

Children's animations and backstage videos

You can check out some children's animations of Shakespeare's most famous plays, and watch backstage films to see how some of their props and costumes are made.

If you have enjoyed one of the free productions, please do think about donating to Shakespeare’s Globe, as while the buildings are closed, the theatre is now reliant on donations.

When we meet again, why, we shall smile.
