PE with Joe: Mon-Fri 9:00am - free workouts with The Body Coach

Fitness expert Joe Wicks (aka The Body Coach) has set up a nation-wide campaign to keep school children active by launching a daily workout session at 9am on YouTube every morning Monday-Friday. You can join Joe (and thousands of others) on Monday mornings at 9.00am on his YouTube channel.

If you can't join live, you can view the full P.E with Joe playlist here.

Joe also provides lots of free workouts aimed at all levels - for children to adults and seniors (beginners and beyond). The following sessions are particularly good for children:

Five Minute Move

Kids Workouts To Do At Home. Great for all ages but aimed primarily at Key Stage 1

Active8

Great for all ages but aimed primarily at Key Stage 1

Beginner Workouts

Suitable for older children and adults

Starting Monday 23rd March I'm going to be hosting a free workout aimed at kids LIVE on my YouTube channel. With the schools closed and with us all spending more time at home, it's more important than ever that we keep moving and stay healthy and positive. Exercise is an amazing tool to help us feel happier, more energised, and more optimistic.   The workouts will be fun and suitable for all ages and even the adults can get involved. You don't need any equipment, so just tune in to my YouTube channel at 9am each morning for a 30-minute, fun workout.
