Calling budding inventors: Submit your idea for an invention and see if it gets built!

Kids Invent Stuff is the YouTube channel (as seen on The One Show, BBC News Online and Tomorrows World Live) where 4-11 year olds have the chance to get their invention ideas built by real engineers.

"We do this to give more primary school kids the chance to engage with real engineering projects."

Kids are encouraged to submit their ideas for inventions to solve a different challenge each month. Ideas can be submitted as drawings or uploaded videos, and each month one idea is built and tested on camera, with hilarious consequences. You can view all their videos on the Kids Invent Stuff YouTube Channel.

This month Kids Invent Stuff are calling for garden inventions. The closing date is June 25th 2020. The video below gives more information, and you can download an accompanying challenge worksheet.

Why don't you get inventing, submit your idea and see if they will build it?

This month we want kids’ ideas for Garden Inventions! They might be inventions to help with growing or planting things, inventions to automate garden tasks, or crazy ideas for playing in the garden! Happy Inventing!
