Missing Joe Wicks? Here are some other ways to get active with kids at home

As of this week, Joe Wicks and his daily online workout for kids is going down to three days a week -   Since he began his P.E. with Joe on Monday 23rd March, 22% of people are now working out at home, thanks to the inspiration of ‘The Nation’s PE Teacher’, and he has had almost 70 million views worldwide from the workouts. He has also raised more than £500,000 for the NHS from YouTube views of his workouts and associated t-shirt sales.

But no more fancy dress Friday with Joe! So, if you are missing Joe in the morning, here are a few to other options try at home with kids:

The 'GET KIDS MOVING' Initiative - Provides the chance to train along side your favourite superheroes, train like a Jedi, or practice your wizarding skills, from the comfort of your home, with all proceeds going to the NHS.


GoNoodle - A variety of high-energy dance moves and grooves with lots of different themes, from NTV (Noodle Television), to Blazer Fresh and Zumba Kids


The Little Gym UK -  A range of exercises and activities for babies, toddlers and primary school children (3-6 years and 6-12 years). Each class is led by an expert teachers and to help with fitness, physical and mental development for children.

KidzBop - Dance channel with a range of tunes and online dance workouts. KIDZ BOP records kid-friendly versions of today’s biggest pop music hits sung by kids, for kids.
